제 주문은 왜 취소가 되었나요? 지불한 금액은 왜 환불이 되었나요?
저희가 고객님의 주문을 취소하고 금액을 환불해드린 경우에는 고객님이 지불하신 금액에 대한 확인이 되지 않을 경우 또는 주문하신 상품이 품절된 경우 입니다. 대부분 저희 고객 서비스 센터에서 고객님의 주문에 관해 알려드리기 위해 연락을 드리지만 연락을 받으시지 않은 경우에는 고객님의 지불이 완료된 5일 후에 환불에 관한 연락을 받으실 것 입니다.
지불한 금액이 환불되는 또다른 경우:
- PayPal 계정 이름과 주소가 주문 상품의 배송 주소랑 일치하지 않으며 고객님꼐 연락이 닿지 않은 경우.
- 주문한 상품이 품절된 경우에 (저희는 대부분 상품의 재고 정보를 업데이트 하지만 특정 상품은 일시 품절일 경우가 있습니다) 고객님꼐 연락이 닿지 않은 경우.
