Les frais de transferts de Western Union / virement bancaire
Faut-il payer des frais supplémentaires de transfert lors d'un virement bancaire / par Western Union?
Oui, vous devez payer des frais lorsque votre argent est transféré à Lightinthebox par Western Union / le virement bancaire.
Si vous choisissez le virement bancaire, demandez à votre banque de vous fournir les détails concernant ces frais supplémentaires. Ainsi, vous aurez une idée plus précise de ce qu'il vous en coûtera exactement. Par exemple, si vous réglez une commande Lightinthebox s'élevant à $500, et la banque y ajoute $50 de frais de transfert, réglez le montant de $550. Si vous ne soumettez que $500, alors le montant que nous recevrons ne sera que de $450 (pour cet exemple) et nous ne pourrons vous expédier la commande.
Lightinthebox prend en charge tous les frais de conversion de devise par la banque China Merchants Bank. Vous pouvez ainsi effectuer vos paiements par virement bancaire dans n'importe quelle devise.
Si vous payez par Western Union, vous devrez vous rendre à une surccusale de Western Union. Veuillez également leur demander de vous fournir les détails concernant ces frais additionnels. Lors du paiement de votre commande, veuillez soumettre le montant total, comprenant le montant de votre commande ainsi que les frais de transfert de Western Union.
