Est-ce que vos téléphones portables peuvent être utilisés dans mon pays ?
Il est possible que certains de nos téléphones portables ne soient pas utilisables dans votre pays. C'est pour cela que nous vous conseillons de noter la bande de fréquence du portable avant de passer votre commande. Les bandes de fréquence diffèrent selon les pays. Voici quelques indications à ce sujet :
Aux Etats-Unis & au Canada : GSM 850mHz/1900mHz
En Europe : GSM 900mHz/1800mHz
En Australie : GSM 900mHz/1800mHz
En Asie du Sud : GSM 900mHz/1800mHz
Si vous êtes aux Etats-Unis, les portables de bi-bande de GSM 900mHz/1800mHz vous sont déconseillés car la bande de fréquence n'y sera pas compatible. A la place, les tri-bandes de 900/1800/1900 MHz et les quadri-bandes seront utilisables.
Si vous ne connaissez pas la bande de fréquence de votre carte SIM, vous pouvez vous renseigner auprès de votre fournisseur ou nous contacter directement.
