En vare blev væk eller beskadiget under forsendelsen
Hvis din vare blev beskadiget under forsendelsen, er du berettiget til en fuld refundering. Når du anmoder om din refundering, bedes du fremskaffe fotografier til Customer Service, der tydeligt viser problemet med varen, og dets transportnummer så hurtigt som muligt. Du bedes også skaffe dokumentation for " på skade" fra dit transportselskab. Alternativt kan du åbne varen foran leveringspersonen, og hvis du mener at den blev beskadiget under transporten, kan du afvise den, kan du afvise modtagelsen, eller kontakte os og opbevare den afviste pakke (se ovenfor), hvorefter LightInTheBox straks vil sende dig en ny vare.
