¿Cómo puedo seguir mi paquete?
Seguir Mi Paquete
Una vez el pedido haya salido enviado, le enviaremos un Email de Confirmación de Envío que incluirá su Número de Seguimiento. Para comprobar el estado de su paquete, por favor, haga clic en el enlace y le dirigirá a UPS, DHL o la página web de otra empresa de envíos. Esta función le permite seguir su paquete usando el código de seguimiento proporcionado en el email.
También puede seguir su pedido en "Ver Pedidos" siguiendo estos 4 pasos:
Paso 1
Entre en su cuenta y haga clic en "Ver Pedidos".
Paso 2
Haga clic en el Número de Pedido que quiere seguir.
Paso 3
Haga clic en el botón de Seguimiento o en el enlace de Seguir este pedido al lado del número de seguimiento.
Importante:
En este momento, el seguimiento no siempre está disponible para el Servicio Postal - Sin Seguimiento (Envío GRATUITO).
Paso 4
Tras hacer clic en el botón de Seguimiento, aparecerá una ventana que le mostrará los detalles del seguimiento.
Para ser redirigido a la página web de la empresa de mensajería, haga clic en el botón de Enlace. Allí podrá introducir su número de seguimiento para saber dónde está su paquete.
